About Us

Eric Reynolds

Executive Director

Eric started his career in Sales, Real Estate and Business Management. In 2009 he began serving adults with intellectual disabilities by opening a day program called Ability and Choice Services. He served as its Executive Director until 2018 when he purchased Dungarvin Utah, a company that started in 2006 and introduced the Host Home concept to Utah. The name was immediately changed to A Home Team. Eric’s training in service design and systems has been a huge benefit in helping people and host home providers find each other. His goal is to simplify business processes to achieve efficiency by improving the deliverability of services, finding really great matches – which in the end will benefit the people A Home Team serves.

Eric was on the University of Utah Track and Field team as a discus thrower. He eventually earned his undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Business Management and then went on to earn an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Eric has been married to his wife Wendy since 1988. They have 7 children and many grandchildren! He enjoys hiking, motorcycle riding, and playing with the kids. He loves both BYU and Utah Football!

Natassja Sperry

Associate Director

Natassja has worked in our industry since 2006. During that time she has worked as direct support staff, team management and a site director serving over 100 people. She has run day programs, supported living programs, education programs, employment programs and residential programs. She has worked with small, medium and very large companies in that time. Natassja absolutely loves working with individuals with disabilities! She enjoys building rapport and getting to know each person in a very personal way. She gets the most pleasure from seeing them achieve their goals and being successful.

Natassja and her husband Rob were married in 2014. They have a fun loving daughter and 2 boxers. They love fishing, hiking, camping, spending time with their dog, family, and going to the movies.

As Associate Director of A Home Team, Natassja is responsible for all aspects of services provided. Her leadership and background are an invaluable resource to us!

Sarah Braddock

Residential Manager

Since 2008, Sarah has been on the front lines and in management providing individualized direct care services to adults with various levels of abilities. At times in her career she managed the services of over 100 people in her program. Sarah has an uncanny ability to find ways to help those who have the greatest need but are not able to communicate that need. She is a powerful advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Sarah is the mother to 3 beautiful children and wife to her charming husband Andrew. She loves the life lessons that these unique individuals teach – the skills that you don’t usually learn from anyone else. Patience, empathy, compassion, self-love, and so much more. She knows that we need them just as much as they need us.

Sarah loves to travel and explore new places! She loves playing in the sand and relaxing at the beach. She dreams of going to all of the beautiful beaches of the world and create endless memories with her loved ones. Sarah earned her B.A. Degree in Psychology with a minor degree in Sociology from Utah Valley University.

Gentrie Keys

Administration Assistant

Gentrie has served people with disabilities since 2011. Throughout those years she has worked at a day program as direct care staff, lead staff, as well as an assistant site director. She learned to love each individual she served. She would find out what each person needed from her to be successful in their life goals. With this information in hand, she would focus on the client’s success – training other staff along the way. She would go the extra mile to ensure each person was comfortable and felt included. Gentrie communicated with each person on a daily basis, and involved everyone in the group activities. Gentrie loves working with individuals with disabilities and helping in any way that she can. Gentrie is an essential part of A Home Team. She keeps everyone on track with reports and deadlines.

In 2017, Gentrie met her husband at the day program where both of them worked. They have two wonderful kids together. She enjoys spending time with the kids and going to activities as a family. She loves hanging out with family and friends, vacationing in Torrey, and being a mom.

Morgan Saunders

Residential Manager

Morgan’s love of serving people with disabilities developed at a young age. She was a “sitter” for different families in her neighborhood who had children with disabilities. In junior high she participated in special needs courses as a tutor. She has worked in residential programs and day programs where she became the educational manager and a job coach. Morgan’s love for being around people with disabilities has only grown since the moment she started. She took a four year break from this type of work when she moved to Maui to be a restaurant manager and could not wait to get back to working with the people she loved.

Morgan’s other love in life is being a mother. She is the mother of 4 boys, 2 girls and a boxer. She and her family enjoy finding new parks and playgrounds, regular trips to their family cabin in Bear Lake, and movie night slumber parties! In her spare time (ha!) Morgan enjoys starting do-it-yourself projects around her home and coordinating fun and creative birthday parties for children.

Parker Reynolds

Residential Manager

Parker is the newest member to A Home Team. He is following in the footsteps of his father Eric. He is currently studying finance at Brigham Young University. Parker’s first experience working with adults with disabilities came in 2016 where he was a volunteer at special needs mutual. Each week Parker would spend a few hours with individuals with disabilities playing games and having a good time. Parker found that serving people brought him comfort and happiness.

Parker loves to play basketball, riding dirt bikes and playing golf. He is always looking for an opportunity to play sports with his friends and family. He is an avid Utah Jazz fan and loves to watch them play.

Ryan Williamson

Associate Director

Ryan has enjoyed helping individuals with disabilities as far back as Jr. High where he assisted in the peer tutoring program. He continued in the peer tutoring program throughout his high school years. He started working for Achieve Community Services in 2003. During his tenure at Achieve he held the position of Supported Living Director and Day Program Site Director. He then continued his position as Day Program Site Director with Ability and Choice Services until December of 2014. At that time, Ryan began working as Area Operations Manager for Firehouse Subs covering the area of Southern Idaho and Northern Utah while overseeing operations at his family owned store in Midvale Utah. Ryan has continued to be active in helping individuals with disabilities by providing work opportunities for multiple individuals in his restaurants.

Ryan has been married to Jessica since 2005. They have 3 children Hallie, Rylie, and Ronin. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and power lifting.
